Our Story
Our beginnings in Kota Marudu.
H K Seafood Restaurant Sdn Bhd was established on 17 June 2014. The name H K stands for Hong Kee.
The business began in Kota Marudu as a seafood restaurant. As customer demand developed, it shifted its offering towards economy food, building a wider menu for everyday dining.
That development remains central to HK Seafood today: economy rice, familiar dishes, and meals for local communities across Sabah.
Supporting a growing restaurant business.
HK Seafood Warehouse Sdn Bhd was established on 14 September 2018 to support the supply of dry and wet ingredients, frozen foods, beverages, and centralized cooking products.
H K Seafood Restaurant 1 Sdn Bhd was established on 26 September 2018 to support the management of additional branches as the business expanded.
